PRIVACY:
A.C.E. Distributing Inc. has a strict anti-spam and privacy policy. Any information provided to this website is not shared with any outside party. All customer privacy is important to us, we provide reasonable security to protect any personal information provided.
ORDERS: A.C.E. Distributing Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the purchase price to the customer. Once an order has been accepted into the system and the item is shipped the order shall be considered 'final' by the customer and A.C.E. Distributing Incorporated. All sales are final.
OVERSIZE SHIPPING: Any products that are shipped common carrier (usually because of size and/or weight) will be so noted with the product description. All full size vending equipment is shipped from factory, unless customized at A.C.E. Distributing Incorporated, by common carrier to that common carrier's destination freight terminal within closest proximity to your order or specified shipping address. Once freight arrives at the terminal, there are three choices:
- Customer Pick-Up: There are no charges for customer pick-up at freight terminal. Once the freight arrives you will be notified by the freight terminal at the phone number provided on the order form.
- Customer may contact a local vending service company to deliver and install equipment to a specific location or customer may contact a moving company for pick-up and delivery.
- You may contact A.C.E. Distributing Inc. for information on a delivery and installation package for your area. There is an additional cost due upon delivery. (This option is available at the time of OnLine ordering.)
GENERAL SHIPPING: Please allow 7 to 10 working days for regular shipping.
SALES TAX: Customer is solely responsible, except in Oklahoma, for all state and/or local taxes on any merchandise purchased. Oklahoma residents will be charged state and local sales tax on all items.
RETURNS & CREDIT: All sales are final. Customer agrees by placing an order that a 10% restocking fee and all freight costs will be forfeit by customer on any order refused or not accepted at time of delivery. A.C.E. Distributing Inc. must be contacted for return authorization.
WARRANTIES: A.C.E. Distributing Inc. (Seller), being solely a dealer-distributor and not a manufacturer, gives no warranty whatsoever and expressly DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY BY IT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE and the only warranty on any item purchased from Seller is the express warranty, if any, given by the Manufacturer of the item. Buyer hereby agrees that he/she has no right or remedy against Seller including, but not limited to claims for INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR ANY CAUSE, LOSS, ACTION, CLAIM OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER, OR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY OR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, ECONOMIC OR INCIDENTAL LOSS arising out of or related in any way to any item purchased from Seller. Any liability of Seller to Buyer shall be limited and shall not exceed the price of the item on which such liability is based. All items sold by Seller to Buyer are sold WITH ALL FAULTS and Seller’s sole obligation to Buyer is to use due diligence in an effort to cause the manufacturer of any item which is defective to repair or replace such item. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please e-mail any international order requests with phone and fax information. International orders must be customized and completed by phone or fax.
LIABILITY: A.C.E. Distributing Inc. is not responsible for misuse of items sold on this website. By purchasing items from A.C.E. Distributing Inc. you the customer understand and agree that A.C.E. Distributing Inc. reserves the right to limit any liability (current or future) to the original cost of the items purchased.
